The 3rd fitbit that fails

Hi, I once bought the Surge fitbit and it had problems so I got a new one. This happend after 6 months.  The new one recieved had the same problem (the rubbercover around the screen did not stick to the clock). I bought a Surge 14 months ago. Yesterday it stopped working. I tried to restart it but failed. I have recharged the battery and managed to get a screen this morning for 5 minutes.  Now it is dead and I cannot restart it.

The quality of these equipments seems bad. Now I am looking for alternatives. Anyone that han recommend an alternative to fitbit?
