When I reply to a whats-app message from my ionic, ie Yes/No/Sounds good etc etc it get sent at least 8 times, so the recipient gets

yes

yes

yes

yes etc etc

could some one help me out please

@Robbie67 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

It's pretty weird that the quick replies are being sent 8 times. I would like you to restart your Ionic and remove your Ionic from your phone's settings. After this, please follow this procedure to set quick replies once again.

thanks for the prompt reply, I have done all you said and unfortunately it is still replying multiple times. I have even customised the prompts and still the same.
