Good day, Hoping someone can help me. There always seems to be something going on with Fitbit products. I blew through the first few FitBits, they just seemed to stop working. Then along came the Ionic. I thought this is the product I've been waiting for. Got it, have been happy. Buuuuuut! There always seems to be something to correct. Whether it be a constant struggle to keep it on WiFi or trying to find it on Bluetooth or every once and a while the watch face has an error or listening to music and the whole watch shuts down. And the solution is always seems to be "reset" the phone. What's the deal Fitbit??? I have a pending update that I can't do. Followed to instructions to have my phone "forget" the device on Bluetooth, now the phone can't find it. What the heck?? Seriously fix the kinks already!!

Regards to the phone not being able to find your Ionic. I know you said you unpaired it in your phones settings, but have you also gone onto the fitbit app on your phone and removed the Ionic from your account? Hopefully it will be able to see it after that.

@KevArch this is to keep you life interesting. Exercising will become boring if these challenges weren't there to keep you engaged 🙂

Yep. Interesting alright. I finally worked it out. Then there was another upgrade and......................sure enough, in Fitbit fashion.................I'm not able to sync again.
