I am getting "There was a problem communicating with your tracker. Please try again" every time i am asked to enter the four digit code. How long do I need to do this before the fitbit will talk to my phone? One very very annoyed customer.

If I remember correctly, the last time I came across that error it was because the phone wasn't supported by fitbit. Have you checked that yours is at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

I don't mean to be rude, but that is the message that I get because the flex does not want to pair with the app (on the phone nor the PC). So, it has nothing to do with the phone, because the flex was paired with the app on the phone. Because the flex stopped synching I erased (total mistake!) the flex from the app. And now, nothing.
