Weekly reports aren't complete

I have commented on this before but probably best part of a year on it still isn't working correctly - as I see it.
i have an Ionic, but i don't know that makes a difference! when the weekly emails comes through typically anywhere between 2 and 5 days are missing from the results summary so they are pointless emails.

The best suggestion anyone came up with previously was to make sure I manually sync'd every day. I am really sorry but I thought the whole point of staying connected all the time was so that i didn't have to do that.

I am at the stage now where I am losing faith in Fitbit and am thinking of losing all my workout history and starting again but with Samsung, and that for me is a big step,  I have been a member for over 5 years now and have seen my first 1/2 marathon my first 150k step week and all my badges, but it is not getting me down that I am never sure if Fitbit is actually recording my information correctly.

Does anyone else have this same issue and have you found a better way to fix it then to ignore it, like it seems to be

Any positive suggestions NOT involving buying a new fitbit would be gratefully received

@micklldo Hi there.

Thank you for taking the time to describe what you're experiencing with your Fitbit Ionic. I totally understand how important are the weekly reports for you.

The weekly reports are sent out on Monday or Sunday and in order for them to have your whole week's data, your Fitbit Ionic needs to sync to your app before they are sent out. If you're syncing but the reports are still not accurate, please contact our Support team and they'll be happy to continue assisting you.

Learn more about it by checking this article How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

Hope this helps.
