Your request is a little bit confusing, but I think I got you. Me and my husband own a product line and do our own stamps. I'd suggest you do the same, as paying someone can be pretty expensive. We use https://mystampready.com/en/constructor/ because it's easy and fast. You're the only one who can create and know how you want your stamp to look. It has to be unique of course and when people do this job for years they can get bored and make a dull stump. It's funny how I stayed even hours to figure out a unique stamp, hahaha, you should see me and my husband struggling. I always laugh when I remember.
