I change time zone frequently and normally it’s fine, it’s automatic when it connects to the internet. It hasn’t this time, I’ve tried restarting the phone and watch, syncing again, open and closing the app - what can I do? It’s driving me nuts already!

Try this
On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone Change it to a different one. Sync it. Go back in and change it to the correct one and sync again
Phone: Click on account upper top right looks like an envelope. Scroll down to advanced settings and do the same as above
Device will need to sync before it changes

Hi there @LogicalHarm!
Thanks for sharing your inquiry and performing these steps, in addition to the great troubleshoot that @WendyB shared. You can also try the following:
- Open the Fitbit app
- Tap on account
- Select the Advanced settings and Tap on Timezone
- Select your timezone manually
- Sync your tracker
- Set it back automatically
Let me know how it goes!
