I dont think its something you can access via the phone ap, but on the fitbit dashboard on your web browser click on upper right, "view profile" icon, and then lifetime miles or km is recorded on the left hand side of your profile under your personal details.
Quick way to do it from here is to click on your name where you posted and then click on "Go to fitbit.com profile"
