Touch screen not working

Hi, I’ve turned off auto start for the screen but now it won’t respond to touch, I end up having to use the buttons, I’ve rebooted a few times but surely a touch screen should respond to touch!?

@Richac12 I had the same issue and found it was a tap screen. Sometimes up to 3 taps. That extra tapping seems to be needed if you haven't viewed the screen for awhile. P
