Touchscreen not working

I’ve restarted my IONIC twice but the touchscreen is still not working...urgent help please as there are limitations with the 3 buttons

That sounds like a hardware issue. If you've tried restarting and still not responding I'd suggest either a call to Fitbit customer services or returning to place of purchase.

thanks for replying..i’m exchanging it with the place of purchase. Hope the new IONIC will not have such problem again..
