I am using a FitBit Ionic. My FitBit app on my iPhone says that here is an update available. But i can tap on the message as muc as i want: there is no update, i.e. my watch is not updated. Of course the message stays. Can someone help? Whats wrong?

Hi @refrontolo First check to see if you have a pending updated to the Fitbit app for your iPhone, then see if within the Fitbit app it is still telling you there is an update for your Ionic. If there is still an Ionic update and you can't get your Ionic to sync, try restarting it by holding down the left button and the bottom right button until you see the Fitbit logo. Once your Ionic has restarted try the syncing and updating again.
