I just got my ionic and thought the setup process all goes well. Until though the app. It needs a tracker update but when done updating, before installing, the watch shows a X and stops. I am just trying to setup the watch and I can't get it to finalize. Any solutions would be helpful. Tha is in advance.

I'm having exactly the same problem, I've tried all the advise online and nothing works, I'm so frustrated.

I'm going to try and call Fitbit tomorrow and see what they suggest. It all other fails I'll just return it because I just dont care anymore.

Same problem for Samsung S8. Right now trying to do it via Bluetooth, the bar is loading 3rd time now, still no error. I will revert back with any relevant updates 🙂

Mine updated twice and when it was for the 3rd time that's when it would show the X. I don't know why it would have to update more than once but that's what it did.
