Tracking distance for weights workout

Is there a way to turn off distance for workouts that don't need it ie. weightlifting. It's not GPS but I don't need to know I went 250 m while lifting. Thanks

Welcome to the Forums @Fitjo6

Thanks for sharing your inquiry, let me help you out. The summary of stats that you get at the end of the exercise when you're logging  Weights using your Ionic are:

  • Elapsed time
  • Heart rate (average)
  • Heart rate (max)
  • Calories burned

Please confirm if you're using the Ionic and the activity mode specifically with the "weights workout". I also recommend checking this great article

I think this is the same as below. Any update on this, @MaginB?
