Hello @Trev01, it's good to see you around in the forums. I'm sorry to see about the trouble you've been having with swim data not being transferred to your computer.
It's possible that there's a syncing problem between the Ionic and the computer, could you please confirm if any other information is not being transferred, or this only happens with swimming data?
In the meantime, please make sure to check all the necessary requirements and that you've exhausted all troubleshooting steps in this article for syncing problems with a computer.
