Transfering music issue

I have the fitbit ionic and have music on my watch which I can listen to.  However I have tried to transfer a cd I had for Christmas to it and on the computer I can not drag and drop the tracks even though it looks like it is working it doesn't.  I also tried the browse option and again the tracks did not drop into my playlist.

 

Has anyone had the same issue and how did you resolve it?

The music format on the CD is likely not supported.
