Turn the bleeping screen on when notifying!

It is infuriating to have an alarm go off, but nothing on the screen to shut it off.

 

It is infuriating to get your hourly Take a Walk reminder, but nothing on the screen to tell you why it buzzed.

 

It is infuriating to get a text notification buzz, but not be able to read it because the screen is black!

 

If the watch notifies the user to look at it, THEN IT SHOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO BLEEPING LOOK AT!

When I raise the arm to look at the watch . My display turns on. If my arm is on the lap or table, while rotating the arm so that the display is in a pissy ruin to be viewed by me, i find that the display turns on almost every time.

Yours buzzes?  You are so lucky.

I miss my Charge 2 vibrator ... the Ionic vibrator has worked a total of 2 days since I bought it 4 months ago... no more morning wrist alarm.

Have you checked the vibration settings. it should vibrate when switching. 

A restart or a shutdown would also be worth a try.

No vibration at all on either intensity in settings.  Rebooted watch...no vibration at all. Did full shutdown and restart...no vibration at all.

 

Shortly after purchased, the watch software updated and for a few days I had a nice vibration alarm...then it stopped and has never returned.  It worked just long enough to trick me into not exchanging it, then after it quit again the window to exchange had passed.
