@Burnzie25 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I would like you to confirm that you have the latest firmware version installed on your watch, which is 27.70.8.0. If you haven't received the update, please confirm that your Ionic is syncing at least once a day and that your app is up-to-date.
Let me know the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@Burnzie25 A similar thing happened to my husband when he put my old Ionic on his account. It, too, had older firmware, although not as old as yours. This is what happened to my husband. Within 48 hours, he got an update notice. He updated it, but the firmware didn't get all the way to current. He got three of the seven steps he needed. After several more days, he got another update notice, but the update went way too fast and nothing changed. After several more days, he got another update notice and it updated to the current firmware.
Fitbit rolls out updates progressively. It might take four updates to get you to the current firmware, but that is just a guess. Be patient. There is nothing you can do to make it go faster.
