Unable to click "I agree" for Terms & Policies

The screen doesn't move to the next page when I try to click "I agree". This is beyond frustrating, I'm just trying to set up my device!

Did you connect to wifi? If you haven't there is no receipt for acceptance.

You got this @SunsetRunner, wait until you have wifi available to set up goes quick 😉

Connected to the internet! I clicked the links for Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in case they wanted me to click those links first and then proceed to "I Agree" but its still not working. I consider myself technically savvy but this is bizarre!

Should let you pass right through. Try clicking the lower right button instead to agree (temporarily)

should have worked with a touch

Are you on your phone app or on a computer?

Best Answer

I'm on ioS. I tried to do it over desktop but when I selected the Ionic for setup on it it said I had to do it over mobile.

I've literally clicked everywhere on the "I Agree" bar but nothing has worked.

You are soooo right @davidf100010 - he said "click"

@SunsetRunner, use your mobile.

Great work david!

I've been having this issue on mobile. I tried after initially having these issues on mobile to try and set up the device on my computer but it said setup for the Ionic wasn't available on the computer and I'm back on mobile trying still to no avail.

Best Answer

That is correct. If the right lower side button didn't work for you try a reset by holding the left and lower right button until your ionic vibrates and begin anew.

finger crossed, let me and david know how far you get

Thank you both. Unfortunately, it still doesn't seem to work. I actually went to the Fitbit app and I went to see if I hypothetically add a different device like the Flex, Zip or Force and I went to each of those pages within the app to try and set up those devices and each time I get to the page to get past the terms of service etc, I still couldn't go past that page...

reinstall the App, you know its not the ionic. whew.

My guess is a security (do not share personal info) sort of thing on your mobile.

Bet you feel better too!
