At this point beyond frustrated! My Ionic has not been able to complete the upate going on 8 days. I have just about read every troubleshooting technique in the community and those written by tech's. Is the update not possible? My steps have not been tracked in 8 days. I went on in hopes of update via the website and the check for updates or update my watch is not even available to try.. Is the watch just trash?

Thanks for your reply @lucired.

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with the firmware update process of your Ionic. To further investigate, can you please let me know what happen when you try to install the update? Do you receive an error message or the update doesn't load? Which mobile device are you using and when was the first time you experienced this situation? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I'll be waiting for your reply.
