Unable to connect to SnapChat with Bitmoji

I have an Ionic

 

  1. I installed the Bitmoji clockface
  2. I have SnapChat and Bitmoji installed and up to date
  3. I hit connect in Fitbit and I enter my account details in SnapChat
  4. I get a second verification step, and request a text or email code sent (I have tried both)
  5. I then get a server error repeatedly.

 

Does anyone have a recommendation?

I appreciate the details mentioned.

 

It seems to be an issue with Snapchat and Bitmoji as the connection isn't successful. I would like you to log out from Fitbit, force quit your apps (Snapchat, Bitmoji and Fitbit) then log back in and try again.

Please make sure you're following this procedure: 

 

  1. With your watch nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  3. Tap the magnifying glass icon 
     
     and search for Bitmoji.
  4. In the results, tap the Bitmoji clock face result > Select > Install.
  5. After the clock face installs, tap Settings.
  6. In the Snapchat Connection section, tap Connect.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to log in to your Snapchat account and connect it to Fitbit.
