Fitbit app not showing hourly steps correctly

My Fitbit app doesn’t show my activity hours correctly. It stopped syncing at 11:00 a.m. My  Ionic shows 14 hours activity goal met. Also my steps haven’t been added in the challenge I’m in for today. I didn’t manually enter steps. I’ve removed the app and reinstalled. I’ve also reset my Ionic and removed it from the account and added it back. It’s still not syncing properly.

Since you're experiencing issues with step Challenges and hourly activity goal tile. The reason why your data isn't showing correctly, could be that your Ionic isn't syncing to your app, please follow this syncing troubleshooting

 

When checking the information in your Fitbit app, you could confirm that it's syncing by tapping in your profile picture > choose Ionic > below this you'll get the last time it synced.
