Unable to turn on Ionic

Had my Fitbit Ionic for about 2 weeks now. Fitbit wouldn't sync with my phone most of the day and I wasn't able to sync it at all. Ended up pressing shutdown and now I can't turn it back on. Don't know how to sync it back to my phone either.
