I've been trying to factory reset my Ionic for the past 2 hours, using every method I can find or think of. My Fitbit has been boot looping and I've been unable to reset it. They say to press and hold all of the buttons and then release the bottom right one when the Fitbit logo disappears, and then wait for a vibration, then release the buttons. The problem is that it just doesn't vibrate. The vibration function works but it won't vibrate for it to factory reset. Any ideas on how to reset or fix this?

Yah, don’t waste your time. Fitbit discontinued this device so, apparently they have no interest in fixing its problems. Did you by chance update it. That certainly bricked a number of ours. No help from Fitbit afterwards.
