Unable to get Ionic reference code

@AndreaFitbit hello Andrea I tried registering for a refund of my Iconic fitbit watch,it stopped working a long time ago.i got to the part of putting in the reference code which I did but it keeps saying the reference code cant be found, don't know what to do.

Hello Andrea , you still haven't helped me with my post, you sent me back
to where I am supposed to register that is still telling me reference code
not found.is ther anyone I can mail or caht with.
