I am unable to install any apps on my Fitbit Ionic. I can uninstall them but not install new ones. The install button is greyed out and a message saying "to install this app, make sure that the Fitbit app on your phone and your Fitbit device have the the latest update" yet I can uninstall from the app 😕 anyone else having the same issue ?

Is your Ionic connected to your wifi? Apps and updates are installed over wifi.

Yes it's connected to WiFi but it doesn't stay connected. When it starts to sync it disconnects. Not sure if it's supposed to do this
