I have ordered a new strap for my fitbit ionic , it's a large strap but when I have changed my strap one side fitting snugly but on other side it's not . Locking part of pebble it's not working for strap . What should I do ?

Hi @ankit_malu51  is this an authentic Fitbit strap? If it is, there is a warranty with it and you could ask support. If you got it from a third party seller, you might want to ask them about it. Let us know.
