I am not able to download clock faces on my ionic. When I go into one the ‘select’ is grayed out- and it tells me I need to update. But my device IS updated. 
help!

I'd like you to confirm that your Ionic has one of the latest firmware versions which are 27.70.8.0 or 27.70.7.27. If it doesn't have the latest firmware version, please verify the following to make sure you receive the updates soon: 

 

- Fitbit app up-to-date

- Sync at least once a day
