Try to login Fitbit app but keep encountering this error message: "OOPs something went wrong, please try again later“
Have tried to delete and reinstall the app, set automatic date/time, disable WiFi, restart iPhone as well. Non of the methods work. Pls assist. Thanks much!

That is weird! My first thought was uninstall the app and reinstall, but that didnt work. What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Wow... thanks! It works. Managed to login after changing name. But my ionic can’t be discovered under the Bluetooth from my phone. Any idea why? Thanks much.

The ionic is not designed to be found, or peired through the phones Bluetooth. Everything needs to be done through the Fitbit app.
