I am having a notifications issue with my Ionic since the firmware update. I made the update a week ago. I have tried all of the trouble shoot options on the link and no help. I am not getting any messages or calls on my Ionic. Both my ionic and fitbit app has notifications turned on. It was working just fine with no issues before the update. I made the update over a week ago and still no notifications. The app on my phone is able to connect to my fitbit but i am thinking something about the texts or cells can't communicate to my fitbit. I am starting to get annoyed! HELP!

I am still without notifications. When do you anticipate the update for the fix to be released?

Rae-Eli, it may depend on what sort of phone you have, I had the same trouble my notifications worked before the update, the the help desk told my it was my phone. I tried to explain that it worked before but I am hoping that with the next update it will fix the issue
