My Ionic has stopped syncing for the 4th time. For month's I have had to deal with this. I reset the watch. I reset the phone. I turn the bluetooth on and off. I restart the phone. It still doesn't sync. I shouldn't have to do any of this for a $300 watch. THE SYNC DOESN'T WORK! I just want it to work. I dont want to reset anything anymore
Just fix it or refund my money!

Have you set it up as a new device? I normally wouldn't recommend this right away, but seeing as you have done a lot of the resetting already, you should try this before contacting Support. Just set up the Ionic like you originally did, but when it asks you if you want to replace the Ionic, select "Yes" and follow the prompts. You won't lose any data, either on your phone or on the app. All this does is reestablishes the connection between your device, phone, and account.

I think I found a solution. I reconnected my wireless/wifi and it has been successful. This whole time I was focused on the bluetooth.
