Unable to receive Text Notifications

When I receive my text notification and tap open it clears the message.  I dont se even a preview.  I can answer phone calls but nothing for texts, just tells me I received one. I have done everything I can in settings in app and watch

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Yes it says it is. I have a Samsung S9

Could you please tell me more about the steps you have followed. Have you restarted your device. Do you swipe your device when you receive the notification?

 

Please verify that you have the latest firmware version on your device and the latest version of the Fitbit App

Everything looks good. Still cant open texts. Not sure what is going on on.
