Unable to setup Ionic - 4 digits not coming through

Hi,

I took the ionic off my mobile as i bought a new Fitbit. Gave my husband the ionic Fitbit watch but he can not set up the device onto his phone as i did not disable the passcode Pin on the watch or mobile before i removed it from my mobile.

Now no one can use the watch cause the passcode on the watch will not let you go any further and the passcode i set on it originally will not work.

factory reset does not remove passcode pin from watch either?
