Unable to setup Ionic after update

Since this last update my phone won't find my watch. I've tried factory resetting my watch, shutting down my phone multiple times. Restarting my Bluetooth. All the things it says to try. My fitbit completely un-paired with my phone. And now I can't get it to find it to pair it back. Help? Please. I'm frustrated to the point I'm about to be completely done w fitbit. I've had so many issues since I got this watch. Lol

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I looked at both of those and they did not help. 

I appreciate the response to the post but it feels like the same two responses everytime something goes wrong w the fitbit, which actually happens to be quite often. Unfortunately. 

It connected with my cousins phone. And hers connected w mine, so I just traded watches with her. It's just frustrating that this seems to be happening every couple of months, and even worse around update time.

I had similar problem, tried all recomendations multiple times. I eventually deleted the app in digust!

Decided to download it again a week later and try again. It turns out that was the real problem. The app on the phone needed updating. Once that wzs done I was able to set up again as if it was a new device. I hope it works out for you and anyone else who's experienced all this frustration too!

I went in and made sure the app was updated. And I guess that was when my
phone un paired my watch. Lol. I literally tried everything. I could not
get my watch to connect or even pair.
I finally went to my cousins and my watch paired and connected fine to her
phone and hers did the same w mine so we just traded watches. It's just
frustrating. Unfortunately I think I'm just gonna move to a different
watch/company. This has been an ongoing issue w fitbit for me. And I've had
it a year and a half.
