Dear support
I have ionic device and i have problem setting it up under my samsung galaxy note 8
I try to restart my ionic and bluethooth
Reinstall my fitbit app
Remove device from ionic app
Without sucess
Any help will be appreciated

I appreciate that you mentioned you're using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. In this case, I would like you to try the troubleshooting mentioned in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
