I can no longer sync Ionic data to desktop Ionic after installing new mobile app software. Add-Day Sync setting on. I manually do Sync Now and the sync is stuck spinning the wheel. I did a FitBit reset and still no sync.
Anyone having this problem and how did you resolve if you did resolve.

Seems odd that after installing the new mobile app software your Ionic is not syncing anymore, thanks for your patience and effort troubleshooting your device prior posting.
