Fitbit not tracking anything. The time and date but nothing else is showing. The app can't find my Fitbit to sync to it. I have restarted it multiple times.

Hello @Sfrois71 when you say the Fitbit is not tracking anything. Are you referring to the steps, calories, etc when viewing on the Ionic? This would be an ironic issue. 

 

If we arereferring to these stats on the Fitbit app then we simply have a sync issue and will need to know what type of device the Fitbit app is on.

I have the Ionic. My stats are showing on the app but not on the device. I am getting notifications on the device, the date and time are correct but no stats are showing.
