Hi! I hope someone can help me.......My Watch wont sync. So i have reset bluetooth, turned off the fitbit and on again. i have now unpaired it from my phone to set up a new pairing and it won't pair! It finds it pretty quick then buffers for ages saying its found and trying to connect it but then i get a message on my phone saying Blue tooth issues. 1 make sure watch is charged and turned on-yep 2 restart your watch- done 3. turn off the bluetooth on mobile and on again-done. = still the same.
Weirdly, i cant delete the iconic from my blue tooth list to put it on there fresh, although i can delete other stuff from the list.
I really have no clue what else i should try.........any ideas?

To further investigate and better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
