Hi all Fitbitters,
I have been unable to sync my Ionic since 7th March. It's registering steps but nothing else.
I have done all the basic things, turned bluetooth on/off, unpaired it from bluetooth. Restarted fitbit by using the home buttom and bottom button. I have just deleted the device from the Fitbit app and set it back up, I've got to the point where I have put in my 4 digit code into my phone and it's been on connecting for ages......what shall I do?

Thank you Juliette, I am bluetooth free at the moment so it can't interact with anything else.
Thanks for the reply, I will check out support. 🙂

Just had this problem starting on March 8 and just resolved less than 48 hours ago, however I called it a "Partial sync," the steps were updated on the iPod Touch, but they were never updated in FitBit's database for challenges and the "date of last sync" was never updating. After spending a couple of hours with FitBit support, I end up doing a "Factory Reset" which worked. Now the question will be for how long. So you can give the Factory Reset a try...
