I have a Ionic since NOV/2017.
Recently the life battery doesn't work more than 48 hours with normal brightness and no sport activity.
Know a possible solution? Thanks.

Perhaps the clock face you have can be battery demanding, or other apps that you use. There is a flashlight app that drains the battery as fast as the gps does.
If you are using one of fitbit's clock faces, and don't use apps to much, contact support, as the battery might be defective.

@Pestana What watch face are you using and does it have any “complications” (sorry for the Apple Watch terminology but not sure what else to cal them 😉 )
ie, are you using something different that may be polling your phone more frequently (weather for example) as this would increase battery consumption

What face are you using? I use the regular fitbit ones and I have my brightness on normal. I workout and play music on my fitbit and it last way longer than that.
I would try resetting it or emailing fitbit. They are awesome and usually love helping.

DLC02,
Thank you for your answer.
I only use the standard clock interface and i haven't installed any app.
How many days does your battery work on a normal use?
Best regards,
NCP

Mine can last about 5 days without charging it.

that is a huge difference... i think that even when it was good, never lasted for 5 days.
I'm thinking to use the Factory Reset, and then see what happens.
Thank you.

Yes @Pestana I’d try a reset as a first course of action. I regularly get 5 days on a charge, so it would seem something is amiss if you’re only getting a couple using the standard Fitbit face.

Under normal usage, I'm getting about six days, though I don't use notifications, not even the screen wake feature (I'm kind of battery greedy with the ionc).
Perhaps you should contact support, and see what they see on their end.
