Unable to transfer music to Ionic

Hi, i've been trying to download the fitbit connect app so that i can transfer music to my device however, it keeps deferring me. Please help. Is this no longer available for the ionic?

I have the Ionic. I transferred music in the past, but today, the Fitbit connect app that I already had in my mac won't open and the link in fitbit is a dead end. https://www.fitbit.com/en-ca/404

I appreciate the details mentioned. Fitbit Connect is still available to be downloaded, I would like you to make sure you're visiting this page to download it. When downloading it, please make sure that your location is set to United States, you can do it by scrolling all the way down and you'll see "location". 

If you're experiencing issues with installing Fitbit Connect on your Mac, you may want to follow the tips on this post.

Thank you for the message. I am in Canada.

I tried the link you gave, but it takes me to the same page as I had outlined. I guess it knows my location before I can choose it.

How can I download it as a Canadian? I didn't have this issue 6 or so months ago.
