Hello,
I was very happy to get my Ionic this week, but unfortunately I can not use it : the first firmware update keeps failing.
I tried it 4 times : 3 times over bluetooth, one time over wifi.
All 4 times, after 4 hours waiting for the updated to be completed, the update fails.
I tried all the tips described in the troubleshooting on the forum, nothing happens.
I tried a hard rebbot and factory reset as described in the forum, the ionic never vibrates.
What can I do ?
That's very frustrating ...
