@Bren82 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
In order to provide you with the best information possible, please tell me where you're unable to watch your clock faces, is it in your Fitbit app or in your Fitbit Ionic?
If you're in the Fitbit app, please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app installed which is 3.26 for Android and 3.25.1 for iOS.
Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

@Bren82 Thanks for getting back. It seems that you don't have the latest app installed in your phone and this is the reason why you're unable to install new clock faces.
Please double check that you have the latest OS installed in your phone, this to ensure that you receive the latest Fitbit app update. Which phone model and OS do you have installed?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

@Bren82 Hey there.
Usually a Fitbit app update will appear in Play Store but you need to make sure your Samsung Galaxy S5 has one of the latest OS installed, this to ensure you receive the latest Fitbit app updates. You could find this information in your About phone information.
Learn more about it by checking this article: What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
