Uncommanded restart during Interval Mode

Hello!

        Over the last week my Ionic has restarted (uncommanded) three times. Two of those times I was merely sitting around my house and figured there was an unannounced update.

       Yesterday, however, while doing my interval run while listening to music through the tracker, the Ionic restarted.  I was 500 m away from any WiFi source.  I had GPS on.  After it finally came back online I had no further problems.

      Just wanted to make the community aware and see if there was a cause for this.

Hi there @Mikegillett!

Not sure if there is a specific cause but there are likely fixes. Are there by chance any steps you've taken to resolve on your own yet? If so, what did you try?

Well, there wasn’t anything I could do.  I just waited for it to come back online, then restart my run.
