Half sync?

My watch will sync to my phone and register my steps and heartbeat but will not sync my sleep or my hourly achievement. I have deleted it and reinstalled but still have had no successes.

@TSLady_Biker  When I awake in the morning, most times my Ionic refuses to sync. It just circles around continuously syncing.

I have to hold the left and right bottom buttons to reset and then and start and it syncs immediately.

Ironically when it just cycles around, and you turn off the Ionic it doen't even register that...
