Unhappy with customer service

My Fitbit watch has died and it has been 3 years since purchase price of 300$.  They would not replace and as an Apple Watch is the same price I will be changing to an apple watch.  Spoke with Yosber who is a supervisor and he also told me they would not replace but would give me a 25% discount.  I said that was not sufficient so we will part ways.  

Loyal customer since 2009.

Sorry to hear that @JeffJen. If you do go with Apple Watch, note that their warranty is also one year. So if you have troubles with that unit after one year, you'd have to purchase a new one.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
