When ever I try to swipe in Any direction on my ionic, it vibrates, and reads Unlock with your Phone! I've tried by going through my App. What can I do to fix this? Thanks

There is no device image and when i try to reinstal the fitbit it won't give me a 4 digit code

@Gajewilly the unlock will only work if the device is still connected to the app. It sounds like yours has been disconnected. You will need to contact customer support to get out of this problem via contact.fitbit.com as your fitbit will need a factory reset and they can guide you through the complicated process.
