Over the last few days, the screen on my Ionic had become increasingly resistant to swipe actions. Navigating the menus and commands was nearly impossible. After doing the usual restarts with no success, I decided to to a factory reset. Since then, the watch has become completely unresponsive. It just sits there with the Fitbit logo flashing on and off. I even let the battery go dead and pon recharging, the same thing is happening. Buttons do nothing: just the flashing logo. I am completely unamused and unimpressed. My disappointment in this watch grows with every issue I experience.
