My Ionic just went dead.  No screen, no monitoring lights flashing.  It went dead sometime after 11:59am today (that's when my phone synced) and was at 89% changed (min).  It is now only 4 hours later and it is dead.  My phone cant find it either.  I tried the hard reset...nothing.  Plugged in for an hour...nothing.

 

What else can be done?
