My ionic has stoped showing the display on screen and only the green light on the back comes on when I press any of the buttons. I only had issues since updating the software, and not getting notifications to my device and now this. Any recommendations as to what to try next? I have tried turning it off and on again but this had not worked. My Fitbit Watch is now not at all.
