Hi, My fitbit ionic suddenly stopped working suddenly after an year of use. I do not take it for swimming. The previous day I had charged it to 100%. The chat person told me that for USA customers the warranty is only one year and he cannot help me.
I had tried resetting/ starting up by pressing the left and right bottom buttons for 10, 12, 15 secs, tried the same by pressing all the 3 buttons, wiped the charging port with alcohol as directed by the chat person, kept it inside rice bowl for 2 days and then charged it for few hours which also did not help. There is absolutely no display on the screen or any vibration. By going through the community forum, it looks like many fitbit customers are facing this issue after 1 year of use. Any suggestions to fix this known issue?

Thank you Ricardo for the response. The chat representative also told me about the same 1 Year warranty. It is sad to notice many users facing the same issue in this forum and I feel this device is not worth for this price.
